Project Leadership

  • Ag Markets Working Group

    Starting in 2023, a group of Pescadero-area farmers & community leaders joined together to give input in the planning of a food hub for our region, with the ultimate goal of making farming more viable in our community. This input led to the creation and design of Coastside Local Food Hub.

  • Brisa Ranch

    Brisa Ranch is a 100-acre farm in Pescadero that grows about 40 different crops. Since it’s founding in 2018, Brisa Ranch has been unique in it focus on exclusively selling its produce directly to local business & institutions. This experience allowed Brisa Ranch to found and conduct operations of Coastside Local since its inception in 2024.

    Kitchen Table Advisors is a California non-profit organization that works with under-resourced farmers and ranchers to fuel their long-term success and transform the food system.

  • San Mateo Resource Conservation District

    San Mateo RCD provide comprehensive, integrated services addressing wildlife, water, climate, and agriculture. Their services to farmers and ranchers help ensure viable local agriculture while also helping agriculture to be of service to the environment.

  • TomKat Ranch Educational Foundation

    TomKat Ranch is a working ranch and educational foundation in Pescadero that aims to goal is to transform five million acres to regenerative land management and eaters to regeneratively grown food.
